BootMl Method

Controls display of the histogram of discrepancies,

7114 .

In the above formula, 7115 is the vector of sample moments, B is the number of bootstrap samples and 7116 is the vector of implied moments obtained by fitting the model to the b-th bootstrap sample. The mean and standard deviation of the distribution are also reported.

Syntax

object.BootMl ()

object.BootMl (tf)

The BootMl method syntax has the following parts:

Part	Description
object	An object of type AmosEngine.
tf	Optional. If tf is True (the default), the histogram is displayed. Otherwise, not.

Placement: [1].

Default

The distribution of

7114 , is reported only when a bootstrap is performed using the Ml method.

Remarks

When no bootstrap is performed, BootMl is ignored. For a demonstration of the BootMl method, see the files Ex21-adf.vb, Ex21-gls.vb, Ex21-ml.vb and Ex21- uls.vb in the Examples subdirectory.
