Menu: View→Analysis Properties→Output→D-separation

Put a check mark here to include a d-separation analysis the next time you fit the model by clicking Analyze→Calculate Estimates. The results of the d-separation analysis will appear along with all of the other results in the text output file that is displayed when you click View→Text Output.
