IBM® SPSS® Amos™ 28

1.Press (Menu: View→Analysis Properties).

2.Select the Estimation tab

3.Place a check mark next to Asymptotically distribution-free.

In an Amos program, use the Adf method of the AmosEngine class.

By default, maximum likelihood estimation is used.
